A Mound of Salad Greens, Sliced Ham, Turkey, Swiss and American Cheese, Tomatoes and Hard Boiled Egg. Served with your choice of Dressing.

Large Portion of Mixed Greens, Chicked or Steak strips, Topped with French Fries and Melted Cheddar Cheese.  Served with your Choice of Dressing.

Homemade crock of Rich Beef Broth, Tender Sweet Onions and a Garlic Crouton. Topped with Provolone Cheese.

A Creamy Cheese soup made with Sharp "Cuba" Cheese and Ellicottville Brewing Company Beer. (Seasonal)
